Delivery across the UK
Standard delivery is £3.95 and takes 2–4 working days. Tracked 24 is £5.95. Orders over £75 ship free on the standard service. Anything paid for before 14:00 on a working day leaves the same afternoon; we do not ship outside the UK.

14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Refunds are made within 14 days of the return reaching us. Items should come back unworn with the tags still attached; return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly described.

Sizes, and why they run out
An overstock carton is whatever the supplier had left, so a line might arrive as two mediums and one extra large and nothing else. Every listing states the sizes actually in the building, and we measure the garment flat when a brand's fit is unusual. Browsing by size is the quickest way through the rail.
